Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Wheatfield

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for an Onsite position with a Major Utility Company located in Wheatfield, IN. This is a 12+ Month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for providing expert advice in highly complex audit and financial matters. The ideal candidate will support large-scale business projects, develop financial models, and provide finance and accounting support for potential acquisitions and major ongoing projects.

This position requires working onsite 5 days a week at the designated client facility. Responsibilities:
Provide advice in highly complex audit matters and participate in large-scale business projects Supervise, provide direction, and train other staff while developing financial models Make decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues Exercise resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy in the absence of formal guidelines Provide finance and accounting support for potential acquisitions and or ongoing major projects, including reviewing data room material and identifying potential financial accounting issues Review financial models to ensure appropriate presentation of accounting treatment and accuracy Assist the Energy Accounting, Pipeline Accounting, and Financial Reporting groups with financial research and analysis Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline Professional Finance or Accounting Designation (CFA, CPA, etc.) 10 to 15 years of relevant experience Ability to work in the office 5 days a week at the designated worksite in Wheatfield, IN Pay range: up to $48.43 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
