Enterprise Community Partners is hiring a Director, Credit to analyze risk in LIHTC financing for affordable rental housing. You’ll work in a fast-paced Credit department, applying financial structuring, market analysis, and tax knowledge to evaluate investments and guide risk decisions.
You’ll review PIRs, MAs, IAs, closing memos, and support investor documentation while coordinating with internal and external partners. Travel and flexible hours may be required as peak periods arise.
