Tax Manager
SummaryAs a manager in the Tax Division, you will be t the Tax Division, you will be taking care of the below duties.
Essential Duties- Tax consultation when expanding into the US
- Preparation of US tax return
- Correspondence with US tax authorities
- Creation of documents in Japanese and English
- Tax research (US tax, Japan-US tax treaty, etc.)
- 8:30~17:30

Qualifications- – Five to eight year experience in corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax consulting
- – BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
- – Licensed CPA or EA
- – Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- – Strong technical skills in tax compliance and tax research
- – Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff
- – Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese is preferred
- - Fluent in Japanese and English
