Location: Indianapolis
The Indianapolis Housing Agency is seeking a Housing Inspector I to inspect housing units within the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program in Marion County. The position requires inspecting units timely, ensuring compliance with housing codes, and conducting lead-based paint inspections when required.
Ideal candidates should have experience in housing codes enforcement, knowledge of HUD regulations, and a valid driver's license. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan.
