Job Family and Group: Transmission and Distribution |
Reports to: Director, T&D Operations |
Location: Indianapolis, IN

• Coordinate operational and administrative activities across the functional areas of Transmission & Distribution.
• Prepare operational, regulatory and financial reporting, including KPI submittals, monthly budget and variance reports, AP/AR, invoice processing.
• Review financial performance with the Director and provide feedback, request recovery actions as necessary.
• Coordinate data requests, leadership presentations and other needs with and for T&D leadership.
• Gather data for regulatory requests in support of rate cases and other filings.
• Develop, plan and execute projects as requested.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports is preferred.
• Utility industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
