Location: Indianapolis
The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra is seeking candidates for the 2nd Trombone/Assistant Principal position in Indianapolis. Auditions will be held January 17–19, 2027, with all rounds conducted behind a screen to ensure fairness.
A trial week will follow the audition process; the 42-week orchestra season begins at the start of the 2027-28 season. The annual base salary for this role is $74,000, and the orchestra offers benefits including health insurance coverage and contributions to a 403b
