What You’ll Do- Partner directly with government representatives and auditors regarding financial submissions and compliance matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to government contracting requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and validate financial data using SAP and advanced Excel tools.
- Prepare labor, overhead, and indirect rate calculations with comprehensive supporting documentation.
- Develop and submit government-required disclosure statements and accounting change impact analyses.
- Interpret and apply federal contracting regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Evaluate cost center structures and cost allocations to determine financial and operational impacts.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, controls, and compliance practices.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Accounting and SAP experience.
- Excel reasonably high level. (Xlookups, Sumifs, Large/Complex Spreadsheets).
- Accounting knowledge - this is to help develop the rates/prices they use for government contracts.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
