• Lead the preparation and analysis of government rate submissions while ensuring compliance with federal contracting regulations.

• Partner directly with government representatives and auditors regarding financial submissions and compliance matters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to government contracting requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and validate financial data using SAP and advanced Excel tools.
• Prepare labor, overhead, and indirect rate calculations with comprehensive supporting documentation.
• Develop and submit government-required disclosure statements and accounting change impact analyses.
• Interpret and apply federal contracting regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
• Evaluate cost center structures and cost allocations to determine financial and operational impacts.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, controls, and compliance practices.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of Accounting and SAP experience.

• Excel reasonably high level. (Xlookups, Sumifs, Large/Complex Spreadsheets).
• Accounting knowledge - this is to help develop the rates/prices they use for government contracts.
