You will assess, route, and document complaints, keeping meticulous records and generating insights for program staff across IDEM.
You will manage ~3,500 complaints yearly, collaborate with colleagues, and produce monthly and annual reports to guide leadership decisions in a fast-moving, public-facing environment.
