The Division Director for Title IV-D leads the Indiana Child Support Bureau's Program Administration Division, overseeing program support, financial quality assurance, contracts, compliance, and business initiatives. The role requires expertise in federal IV-D legislation and state child support operations, with responsibility for ensuring program integrity, monitoring expenditures, maintaining compliance with federal and state guidelines, and supervising multiple teams. This is an onsite position at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis.
Keyqualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of child support program and federal IV-D requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex teams or divisions in government or public service
- Strong decision-making skills with ability to assess program-wide impact
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with IV-D partners
- Ability to travel within Indiana as needed
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and initiatives
