Job Overview
Neuro Diagnostic Institute has a need for 1 barber/beautician.
Hours and times: 3‑6 hours per week, one day a week.
Responsibilities- Use own instruments and products.
- Attend an orientation to the hospital (handled by the Rehabilitation Therapy Department).
- Attend a 3‑day orientation (4 hours for CPR, 1 day of Bridge Building, and 1 full day of general orientation).
- Absences longer than two weeks must be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided. The Client has the right to dismiss the resource if the resource does not return by the agreed upon date.
- Current Indiana barber’s or beautician license (required).
- CPR certified (NDI will provide certification during orientation if needed).
- Supply own tools and products.
- Candidate must be paid hourly rates for orientation, each haircut, and each haircut/beard trim combo (exact rates not specified).
- Provider markup for this position is 31%.
