Beautician

We rely on our
Beautician to serve the needs of our residents while providing excellent customer service.

• Questions patron regarding services and style of haircut desired
• Drapes and pins protective covering around customer's shoulders
• Cut, shape, trim, and tapers hair, using clippers, comb, and scissors
• Applies lather and shaves beard or shapes hair contour (outline) on temple and neck
• Performs other tonsorial services, such as applying hairdressings or lotions, dyeing, shampooing, singeing, or styling hair, and massaging face, neck, or scalp
• Cleans work area and work tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Currently licensed as Barber/Beautician in good standing by state of practice
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
