The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, with an emphasis on building lasting customer relationships in-store and digitally.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready while processing sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Build customer loyalty and stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
