Receptionist, Beauty​/Hair Styling

This is a part-time on-site role (20 hours) for a Salon Receptionist at Kurlykoils.

The Salon Receptionist will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Managing the front desk and reception area, maintaining a clean and inviting reception area
• Greeting clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
• Communicate and educate clients on Kurlykoils services, products, and policies
• Answering and returning calls, text, and email
• Scheduling appointments via phone, text, and email
• Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
• Processing payments via cash or card, ensuring accurate payment collection
• Inventory counting and processing weekly
• Selling retail products to clients at checkout
• Providing exceptional and positive customer service in line with our luxury salon experience
• Assisting stylists and staff as needed
• Salon Cleaning: sweeping salon floors; disinfecting salon chairs between clients; cleaning salon wash bowls and chairs between clients; cleaning salon tools throughout the day; laundry
