A well-established and respected surgical facility in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a full-time, direct-hire role. • Set up and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments

• Assist surgeons and RNs during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs

• Handle surgical supplies, equipment, and specimens with precision and accuracy

• Count instruments, sponges, and sharps according to protocol

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards

• Support pre-op and post-op room turnover and organization

• Communicate effectively with surgical team members to ensure efficiency and positive outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (NBSTSA) required

• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

• 1+ year of surgical experience preferred (new grads considered)

• Strong understanding of sterile technique, instrumentation, and surgical workflows

• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure
