Right at Home is looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing care for clients in-home. We provide care for Seniors and Disabled Adults throughout Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Johnson County. Experience preferred but not necessary – we will train the right candidate! Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides a plus. We are hiring immediately for weekend shifts.

• Assistance with personal hygiene (bathroom or bedpan, bathing, mouth, skin, hair care)
• Ambulation
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assisting with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)
• Patient-specific activities taught by a nurse (prescribed range of motion exercises)
• Meal preparation per instructions
• Homemaking activities (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms)

• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability
• Valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation
• Effective communication with office staff on a weekly basis
• Willingness to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
• Salary: $14-16/hour based on experience.
• Opportunities for overtime, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay.
