Virtual- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities also include training and educating parents, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring consistent implementation of behavioral strategies to support clients in achieving developmental milestones.

• Strong proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and training families to implement strategies
• Knowledge of Psychology and behavior management techniques
• Ability to create and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
