Access to timely, specialized care from electrophysiologists (EPs) remains a persistent challenge in many communities. Current Clinic is pioneering a new model, establishing a network of specialized, EP-focused ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to expand capacity and bring life-changing treatment closer to home.

What you will be doing- Lead the clinical staff in daily activities, including managing the schedule to ensure proper coverage, staffing, hiring, employee relations and compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, handle negotiations, and coordinate vendor contracts to support ongoing clinic operations.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting necessary filings, and implement process management strategies to ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at connecting the practice with local provider groups, increasing visibility and fostering collaborative relationships within the medical community.
- Coordinate closely with the Management Services Organization (MSO) to streamline operational procedures, optimize resources, and ensure efficient clinic management.
- Provide critical support for the startup activities of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including operational planning, resource allocation, and the development of workflows that contribute to successful launches.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards relevant to clinic and ASC operations.
- Proven track record managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and ongoing partnership development.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies or outreach initiatives to build community partnerships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Management Services Organizations (MSOs) to optimize clinic processes and resource allocation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
