Seeking for strategic leader responsible for building, shaping, and scaling the public, private and employer healthcare system in the Czech Republic, with a strong focus on obesity and cardiometabolic diseases. This role expands patient access beyond public reimbursement through partnerships with hospital leadership, large employers and digital health providers.
** Responsibilities:
** This role is a high-impact, strategic and executional position responsible for shaping and executing strategies to penetrate and scale the market through partnerships with public and private healthcare providers and employer-sponsored healthcare models. Develop & Execute a National Strategy Map and prioritize hospitals, private clinics, large employers and digital health partners
Establish and execute a scalable private & employer healthcare strategy aligned with BU objectives Engage Hospital Leadership & Healthcare Groups Build long-term relationships with hospital management, medical and economic leadership
Co-create centers of excellence, structured obesity pathways, and integrated care models
Lead senior-level negotiations with hospital boards and executive management Build Employer-Sponsored Healthcare Models Develop employer-funded obesity and cardiometabolic disease management programs
Partner with large employers, HR leadership, benefit platforms, and occupational health providers
Design employer value propositions that articulate the impact of health benefits on productivity, absenteeism, presenteeism, and long-term employer, employee, and societal cost burden. Build Strategic Partnerships & Innovative Business Models Develop partnerships with public, private clinic and pharmacy chains, and telemedicine players
Design innovative patient access, pricing, and value-based partnership models
Define governance, KPIs, and performance tracking for partners Cross-Functional Cooperation & Internal Alignment Act as internal partner across Sales, Marketing, Medical, PRA, Legal, and Finance in dedicated product portfolio, together with strong collaborative spirit across these functions.
Translate external insights into executable strategies and internal capability building
** Basic Requirements:*
* • Bachelor’s degree; post-graduate degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare, Med Tech, market access, or business development
• Proven experience working with senior management and hospital leadership
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to identify external trends
• Ability to influence a matrix organization and without direct authority
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Native Czech language
• Fluent English at a professional level
