HTS is currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team at a top-rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana, 40 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. This facility offers a full continuum of care: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home and healthcare services. Also, a growing community-based outpatient population. Great therapy team works well together, fostering a strong work environment with good collaboration.
The SLP in this position will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. HTS offers a competitive hourly rate for this part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week. Ideally a 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday) but would definitely consider more flexible schedules.
Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.
RequirementsApplicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II:
Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
