Trilogy Health Services - 701 Armory Rd - Responsibilities:
Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds;
Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience;
Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights in a timely manner, checking in with residents frequently and assisting with engagement in activities;
Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines;
Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)
