Job DescriptionJoin a hands‑on formulations and process development lab where you’ll support testing, experiment execution, and small‑scale manufacturing activities. This role offers broad exposure to analytical methods, lab instrumentation, and end‑to‑end study workflows in a regulated environment.
What You’ll Do Analytical Testing- Perform testing on in‑process samples, including:
Density, Viscosity, Appearance, UV‑Vis, pH, Osmolality, Particulate Matter (HIAC/MFI), Protein Content, HPLC (SEC, Polysorbate 80) - Prepare buffers, calibration solutions, and standards
- Set up and operate lab equipment such as:
Plunger insertion unit, fillers, vial cappers , and other formulation/process devices - Support instrument qualification, routine operation, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Complete sample entry and tracking in LIMS and other lab informatics systems
- Generate data, verify results, interpret findings, and ensure data integrity
- Plan experiments and author documentation related to assigned work
- Perform data review for work completed by teammates
- Manage assigned studies from start to finish, including:
- Securing formulations, excipients, vials, stoppers, and prefilled components
- Setting up equipment and manufacturing small‑scale drug product
- Performing dialysis, placebo preparations, sampling, and equipment cleanup
- Submitting samples and summarizing study data
- Maintain instrument calibration and cleanliness
- Restock supplies and support daily lab readiness
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and parenteral formulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to learn new lab techniques, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation
- Position is full-time,
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - overtime as required. - Pay range: $21.00 - $23.00
