Life Stance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. We recruit psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the US to deliver integrated care.

We are actively seeking talented Licensed Clinical Social Workers in the Greater Indianapolis area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence.

• Delivery of outpatient mental health services to assigned caseload, with emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize hybrid modality options (telemedicine and in-person) to meet patient needs.

• Fully licensed as an LCSW in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.

• Flexible schedules – create your own schedule and have autonomy over your caseload
• Top compensation up to $78,000 - $95,000/year, no cap, plus annual cash bonus

Salary range listed: $78,000 - $90,000 per year.
