About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with expertise in Interface, focusing on maintenance, sustainment, and operational supportof interfaces that support the electronic health record within a federal healthcare environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique demands of supporting interfaces in government hospitals and clinics, including compliance, lifecycle management, and technical coordination across multiple teams.

You will lead ongoing support operations and enhancement projects for interfaces, ensuring system reliability, safety, and compliance with federal regulations. This role involves working closely with clinical engineering, IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to manage interfaces and support initiatives that directly impact patient care.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, support staff, healthcare partners, and vendors to ensure the reliable performance of interfaces and integration while assisting with small-scale projects, system updates, issue tracking, and coordination of support activities. You’ll join a hard-working, knowledgeable team dedicated to shaping the EHR experience for service members, veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.
