Overview
Join a mission-driven organization as a Therapist/Counselor dedicated to improving behavioral health in post-acute and long-term care settings. As part of the team, you'll collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to provide patient-centered care through individual and group therapy, both in-person and via telehealth.
Responsibilities- Developing and managing treatment plans
- Monitoring progress
- Supporting caregivers
- Addressing behavioral health and substance use challenges
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Experience with substance use and co-occurring conditions
- Strong communication and compassionate team player
