Team Lead-Information Services Overview

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Informatics & Information Services leadership team in the role of Team Lead-Information Services. This is a Direct Hire, full-time hybrid from most IU Health Facilities.
Scope- Oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary, pertaining to laboratory equipment and laboratory applications such as Roche, Sysmex and/or Data Innovations.
- Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current.
- Utilizes expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality.
- Develop strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals.
- Reports to:
Manager of Information Services.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Requires knowledge in business or clinical applications and supporting technology.
