The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and coordinating training for new Home Health Aides (HHA) to meet the Agency's needs on a weekly basis. Additional administrative and general office work is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Recruit, hire, and interview aides based on the needs of the Branch.
  • Coordinate and schedule training of candidates to HHA requirements if needed.
  • Coordinate and ensure pre‑employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the Purpose Care HR Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for maintenance of employment records.
  • Ensure that all employee records are up‑to‑date and kept confidential.
  • Assist with scheduling, call‑ins, and visit verification if needed.
  • Work collaboratively with HR and the Clinical team on conducting annual in‑service training.
  • Field calls and concerns, triage as necessary.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of supplies for the branch.
  • Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
  • Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems.
  • Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Represent Purpose Care in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service functions by answering applicants' and employees' requests and questions.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education or experience:

Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of office experience preferably in a healthcare setting
Preferred
  • At least six months of administrative or office coordinating experience
