Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and deliver personalized therapy sessions for students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to integrate supports into students’ educational plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
