Pay rate $17.69 - $20.00/per hour, depending on experience Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We are seeking a Substance Abuse Clerk for a full-time position at Branchville Correctional Facility in Branchville, Indiana. The Substance Abuse Clerk is responsible for scheduling appointments as well as the routine processing of documents of the substance abuse program within a state correctional facility, including accurately creating, organizing, scanning, faxing, and/or filing documents to facilitate retrieval, review, and processing.

Essential Duties:
• Reviewing all documents/transactions for correctness and completeness
• Taking any necessary action to appropriately address any problems, errors, or deficiencies
• Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• One (1) year of medical records/medical office experience preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred
• Computer/Data Entry experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: full-time days, Monday-Friday
