Direct Care Professional; DSP

Mana Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Professionals to provide quality in-home support services to individuals needing personal care and daily living assistance. We are looking for caring team members who are committed to helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and safety in their homes.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support medication reminders.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
