Location: Corydon
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join an outpatient clinic in Corydon, IN as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required.
- Client specifies no new graduates.
- Experience completing comprehensive evaluations, writing functional treatment plans and goals, and documenting using approved formats in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
- Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and materials handling per clinic policies.
- Ability to supervise and delegate discipline‑specific therapy services and to participate in student clinical education when assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure and meet state‑mandated continuing education requirements.
- Preferred: prior experience working in outpatient settings with a focus on return‑to‑community functional programs.
