Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Home Health at Adoration Home Health, Jeffersonville, IN. Provide 1:1 care to patients in their homes and work with a physical therapist to deliver patient‑centered rehabilitation.

Jeffersonville, IN — covering Orange, Washington, and Jackson counties.

Full‑time. Sign‑on bonus of $5,000 for external candidates.

• Provide physical therapy services planned, delegated, and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Consult with the Physical Therapist regularly regarding the patient’s plan of treatment, status of progress, and any questions or concerns.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assist in securing special adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Incorporate the use of adaptive equipment into the rehabilitation program.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in the required format and timelines per company, facility, funding source and regulatory requirements.

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
