Masters Level Specialist

Job Summary

Provide person-centered assistance to clients in the development of life skills and personal goals. Coordinate client care with multidisciplinary team. Assist clients in connecting to community resources. Provide crisis intervention/prevention to clients and their families.

• Coordinate client care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and maintain essential elements of the client’s clinical record, including treatment plan, progress notes, reporting and correspondence with external agents, ensuring compliance standards.
• Teach and train clients in activities of daily living, in group and individual settings, complying with clinical documentation requirements, and provide services according to organizational guidelines and/or protocols.
• Connect client with community support systems as determined to be appropriate, and maintain regular communications with schools, OFC's and other family service providers that the client and their family participate with or is receiving services from.
• Provide telephone and on-site crisis intervention/prevention and follow-up to clients and their families.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree required (Clinical licensure eligible).

  Two years of professional experience working directly with youth and families in a child welfare, school, childcare, criminal justice behavioral health or related setting preferred.
