Qualifications:- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and certification to practice in Indiana
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs tailored to each student
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings as needed
- Offer guidance and resources to families and educators to support carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions
- Stay current with best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education in the school-based SLP field
