Location: Bloomfield
Owen Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Indiana is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain health and safety, and assist the nursing team.
You will help with meals, hygiene, mobility, vital signs, and reporting observations to supervisors, while protecting privacy and following HIPAA and facility policies.
Applicants must be a state-certified CNA with CPR certification and 18 years of age; long-term care experience is preferred.
