Part of our CMSS (Clinical, Medical Safety and Surveillance) Department, you'll report directly to our Senior Director of Medical Affairs.

If you're energized by applying your medical and clinical expertise while engaging extensively with diverse stakeholders and are passionate about building an exceptional Medical Affairs organization, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as the Scientific and Clinical Expert:
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in acute and emergency diagnostics, translating complex clinical evidence into clear, actionable insights that inform Medical Affairs, Marketing, and product development decisions.
  • Drive High-Impact Scientific Communications:
Lead publication planning and execution, transforming clinical performance data into peer-reviewed evidence and compelling medical materials that strengthen scientific credibility and support global adoption.
  • Build and Activate Global Expert Networks:
Develop and manage strategic relationships with KOLs and KEEs, leading engagement processes, supporting IIS initiatives, and enabling high-value scientific collaborations that expand external impact.
  • Represent Medical Affairs Internally and Externally:
Play a visible role at scientific conferences and industry forums, delivering impactful presentations and ensuring consistent, compliant communication of medical insights across global stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Advanced Credentials with Relevant Industry

    Experience:

Hold an advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent) combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or related roles within the IVD, medical device, pharma, or healthcare industry, with strong exposure to clinical applications.
  • Strong Expertise in Medical Information and Processes:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical information tools, processes, and compliance requirements, with hands-on experience developing, reviewing, and managing scientific and medical content in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional Scientific Communication

    Skills:

Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication in English, with proven ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, impactful messages for both expert and non-expert audiences.
  • Solid Clinical and Technical Understanding:
Bring strong familiarity with IVD technologies and their application in clinical settings, particularly in acute or hospital-based workflows, enabling meaningful scientific contribution and credible stakeholder engagement.
  • Effective Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution:
Show the ability to work effectively across Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, and external stakeholders, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and execution.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
