Location: Spring Hollow
Redcrest Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide comprehensive skilled services in patients’ homes. You will educate patients and families, ensure safety, and complete accurate documentation while following Medicare guidelines.
The role requires an active PT license in the state of employment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
