- Provide frontline delivery of specialty pharmacy services as part of an integrated care team.
- Own clinical outcomes for each patient served.
- Assist with non‑clinical tasks such as prior authorizations and dispensing activities to ensure best clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence‑based clinical protocols.
- Drive clinical quality improvement initiatives at the customer site.
- Collaborate with CPS and hospital staff.
- B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, M.S.) preferred.
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state where the site is located.
- Two years of related pharmacy experience preferred.
