We welcome candidates who are SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or possess school-based SLP expertise, and will also consider a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Qualifications & DesiredExperience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Active or provisional license for Speech‑Language Pathology in Indiana (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred;
Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) applicants also encouraged - Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, but dedicated new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency impairments
- Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
- Document and maintain thorough records of student assessment and treatment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
