Location: Indianapolis
Community Health Network in Indiana is seeking Behavioral Health Support at Lutherwood with a 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am rotating schedule. You will provide direct resident care in a safe, therapeutic setting and support daily living activities.
The role requires teamwork, strong communication, age-specific competencies, and the ability to assist clients with daily tasks. Indiana Driver's license and being 21+ are required; a high school diploma or GED is also required.
