Indianapolis, IN – Part-Time | Per-Visit Pay | Flexible Schedule

Position Overview

Staffing Care Pro is partnering with a home health client in the Indianapolis area to identify a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services. This role is ideal for an SLP seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload with per-visit compensation.

The Speech Therapist will evaluate, treat, and support patients in their homes, focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Compensation
  • $50–$65 per visit (routine therapy visits)
  • Higher per-visit rate for evaluations / start-of-care visits
  • Per-visit pay structure (W-2)
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services in the patient's home
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards
  • Communicate and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians
  • Follow all state, federal, and agency compliance guidelines
Qualifications
  • Active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home health setting
  • Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Prior home health experience
  • Experience with adult and/or geriatric populations
