The Operating Room Clinical Support Technician (CST) will scrub on a variety of surgical cases, assist surgeons, anticipate their needs, and apply knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique.
QualificationsExceptional skills and qualifications:
- Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program (preferred).
- One year of Operating Room experience (preferred).
- Certified Surgical Technologist, certification required within six months of hire (preferred or required).
- Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal communication skills (required).
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi‑task with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness (required).
- Self‑directed, motivated, and able to take direction well (required).
