20 weeks to provide winter coverage, 13 weeks also accepted at this time! All requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Night shift, 3
-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30am. Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/TeleMUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.

Charge RN refs accepted! ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Facility does not accept any license hits. Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. BCI/FBI prints are time sensitive
- Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months. A 6-month break is required before returning, unless approved by the client.
