DescriptionQualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Compassionate
- Must have the interest and ability to work with our population - Assist residents of the facility with everyday activities such as board games, checkers, and community bingo.
- Positivity
- Display a positive demeanor, and attitude at all times. - Good Time Management skills
- Be able to transport participants on time to events. - Communication - present clear and concise speaking and presenting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility
- Ability to realize, not all events are going to go as planned.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare activities - baking, bingo, therapeutic chores, range of motion, table games, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
- Support your coworkers and be part of a unified team
- Assist residents of the facility with everyday activities such as board games, checkers, and community bingo.
- Ability to stimulate patient's interests in specialized activities.
