Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Winamac, IN

This full-time, in-person contract role allows you to make a meaningful difference across a diverse student population currently serving approximately 70 students in a welcoming educational setting near Winamac, IN. The position is set to begin at the start of August, providing you with time to prepare for a rewarding school year ahead.

• Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Previous experience working in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong ability to design and implement IEPs
• Comfort providing speech and language services to students with varied needs, ages preschool through grade 12
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedicated, adaptable, and compassionate approach to supporting student growth

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and intervention to students with speech and language challenges
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
