Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Regional Study Coordinator to join our Central Labs Services team in Indianapolis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the regional liaison between the Global Study Manager and all CLS departments involved in study execution
  • Act as the regional point of contact for assigned client representatives (e.g., CRAs, Site Monitors) and the corresponding local CLS platform; may occasionally represent the Global Study Manager in interactions with primary client contacts
  • Partner closely with the Global Study Manager across all study stages—from start-up through closure to ensure seamless coordination of activities within the local platform
  • Review the Statement of Work (SOW) to assess local feasibility and provide informed recommendations to the Study Design Lead
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SOW specifications and a strong understanding of how those requirements impact operational delivery across the clinical trial
  • Oversee day-to-day local study activities, including logistics, monitoring, and study supplies, ensuring the Global Study Manager is kept informed of key developments
  • Monitor, track, and resolve local study issues, maintaining consistent communication with the Global Study Manager to support proactive issue management
  • The Regional Study Coordinator is expected to interact internally on a regular basis and occasionally with external clients throughout all job duties mentioned above.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of professional experience in a clinical research or laboratory setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life science discipline
