The Physical Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greenwood, IN. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance functional performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough patient assessments, implementing rehabilitation programs, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed in collaboration with physicians and other clinical team members.

The Physical Therapist will provide patient and family education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and safe return-to-activity guidelines, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuity of care across clinic and home settings. This role also involves contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on high-quality patient care in an orthopedic and sports medicine setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care, with the ability to educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and recovery expectations.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine as it relates to orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-surgical protocols, and pain management principles.
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and an active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in orthopedic and/or sports medicine settings preferred, including work with athletes or high-activity populations.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with surgeons, physicians, athletic trainers, and other care team members.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and delivering inclusive, non-discriminatory patient care.
