What You'll Treat

Your caseload includes:

  • Inpatient rehabilitation
  • Functional mobility
  • Post-surgical recovery
  • General medical conditions
  • Older adult rehabilitation
What You'll Do

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while working closely with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and treat inpatient and Swing Bed patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients and caregivers
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Complete timely EMR documentation
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on functional outcomes
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Indiana Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
Preferred
  • Hospital, inpatient rehabilitation, or Swing Bed experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong clinical decision-making abilities
