Your caseload includes:
- Inpatient rehabilitation
- Functional mobility
- Post-surgical recovery
- General medical conditions
- Older adult rehabilitation
As a PRN Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while working closely with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and treat inpatient and Swing Bed patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete timely EMR documentation
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on functional outcomes
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Indiana Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Hospital, inpatient rehabilitation, or Swing Bed experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities
