Injury Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities Include

• Assist in developing and implementing rehabilitation systems in compliance with regulations and certifications.

Physical Therapist

• Assist in developing and implementing rehabilitation systems in compliance with regulations and certifications.
• Conduct injury prevention rounds, biomechanical assessments, and ergonomic evaluations across work environments, including remote settings.
• Perform movement screenings, develop corrective strategies, and recommend safe workplace practices.
• Identify early discomforts through staff interviews and deliver preventative interventions.
• Administer client assessments, treatments, and update care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Supervise support staff, document progress, and coordinate with other medical professionals as needed.

• Degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or occupational health settings (2+ years).

Flexibility to cover multiple shifts; familiarity with Exos programs preferred.

Focus on injury prevention, client motivation, and collaborative care in diverse work environments.
