This is a fantastic position for anyone interested in working in the health care or social work fields. SeekingFull Time Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

- Shift bonus of $0.50/hour for shifts worked Friday 6pm – Sunday 11:59pm
You must be willing to work 12‑hour rotating shifts and alternating weekends.
Training & PayAll training and certification are provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. Pay is $16.25 per hour.
LocationsWe have offices in Fort Wayne and Muncie, but provide services to individuals throughout Indiana. Available positions vary based on location. As a DSP you would be working in an assisted living residential home, but may be required to transport a client or go with them to an activity in the community.

Qualifications- G.E.D. or High School Diploma
- Drivers License
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- County Background Check
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Assist with house cleaning, meal prep, and community activities
- Teach life skills, follow treatment plans, and promote self‑advocacy
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, hygiene tasks); if not willing, consider a Community Engagement position
