Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient homes.
- Experience with musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation preferred.
- Familiarity with documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
